What elevates an addiction treatment center from being good to being great? Is it the programs that it offers? Yes, but it’s also the addiction treatment staff members who bring these programs to life. At Atlantic Recovery Center, we understand this fact, which is why we take great pride in our staff members.
What Makes Our Addiction Treatment Staff So Great?
Firstly, it’s important to understand that our addiction treatment staff members make all of our programs effective. Without them, Atlantic Recovery Center wouldn’t be able to treat substance use and mental disorders. With that said, let’s take a closer look at what makes our staff members so great.
Like our South Florida treatment facility, our staff members are warm and inviting. In fact, they help create a welcoming atmosphere at our facility. We find that having a homey environment makes people feel more at ease. Since we strive to offer a family-friendly approach to treatment, our facility is the perfect place for recovery.
At Atlantic Recovery Center, our addiction treatment staff members create a positive and uplifting tone for our center. This tone is important because it establishes the pace for the entire rehab experience. For our staff members, providing addiction treatment is more than just a job. It’s also a lifestyle.
Paying Attention to the Details
One element that separates Atlantic Recovery Center from other South Florida facilities is our attention to detail. Once again, our addiction treatment staff members make this possible. Our specialists create personalized treatment plans based on your individual needs. Many rehab centers simply don’t offer this level of care.
Believe it or not, 47% of men and 41% of women don’t receive the substance abuse treatment that they need. As a result, they struggle with substance abuse and addiction their whole lives. By receiving individualized treatment, you can put an end to the cycle. Best of all, our staff members can provide the customized care that you need.
Meeting Our Staff
It takes a group of dedicated individuals to turn a rehab program into something great. At Atlantic Recovery Center, a group of talented individuals leads our South Florida staff members. Some of them include:

These special individuals break us out of the one-size-fits-all approach to treatment that other facilities use. For us, you’re more than just a means to an end. You’re like family, and we strive to give you every opportunity to reach your full potential.
You Can Count on All of Us at Atlantic Recovery Center
Some rehab centers eventually lose the drive to help people overcome addiction. Atlantic Recovery Center keeps that drive alive by treating you like family. Our friendly and caring staff members help you get the most out of your rehab experience. We even work closely with detox and aftercare facilities to provide long-lasting support.
During your time at Atlantic Recovery Center, our staff will customize a range of services to fit your needs. You might find that you don’t need to participate in all of our programs and services. However, we offer a variety in order to help as many people as possible. Some of these programs and services include:
