This is why the WISE WORKER Newsletter was created.

The Difference between knowledge and wisdom.

Knowledge – The gathering of facts, information, data.

Wisdom – The ability to decide if the “knowledge” you have is true and how to apply it to your life. Taking action based on that information(knowledge).

SELF CARE

WATER, WATER, WATER!!

  • It is suggested:

For women they should drink about 2.7 liters of water a day

For Men they should drink about 2.7 liters of water a day

ACTION STEP

  • Try to drink morewater today. Startreplacing juicesand other sugarydrinks with water.

DID YOU KNOW?

Lets Be Honest ….

You can try to go for the full 2.7 or 3.7 liters a day but lets be honest…. We are trying to work on building new habits for self care not add more stress to our lives… Studies show “it takes an average adult, 66 days to create a new habit” and we know, little to no days to break it.

SO START SMALL: Keep some water by your bedside and drink some water as soon as you wake up in the morning.

Bet that’s some more water than you were drinking before.

Some times water can’t get boring so Spice it up …

Add slices of fruits to your water to add some flavor: lime, lemon strawberries, cucumbers, oranges…
